Family-Friendly Oasis at The Rise West Grove Estates

With a new baby, priorities change.

Just ask Michael and Vivian Truong. Their son Ethan was a big part of where they decided to buy their next house.

“Even though he’s only 19 months, we’re looking at this as our final home,” says Michael Truong, who works in IT. Therefore, he adds, schools, childcare, welcoming green spaces, and convenient access to shopping amenities were all important.

This led them to the Rise at West Grove Estates, an extension of the existing community of West Grove Estates by Bri-mor Developments in Calgary’s west end. Read more from the Calgary Herald.
